The Chinese customer Hubei Fulinhua Textile has formalized the purchase of 30 Eco PulsarS automatic winders.

The Chinese customer Hubei Fulinhua Textile has formalized the purchase of 30 Savio Eco PulsarS automatic winders in a ceremony held at the Savio Group stand at ITMA ASIA 2018 in Shanghai. These machines are equipped with Loepfe yarn clearers.
Savio Group is the only textile machinery player with ownership of all technologies and know-how composing the core unit of a textile winding machine (clearers, splicers, electronic boards). This mean proprietary technology and expertise to allow a complete control of key components for the reliability of machinery itself.
The EcoPulsarS winding machine was presented on the market at ITMA in Milan in 2015, but remains Savio's last offering in terms of sustainability; it is therefore attractive for a number of textile companies in China that are trying to adhere to the new environmental legislation in the country. Savio's Chief Operations Officer, Mauro Moro, says: "We (Savio) have always tried to outdo the competition and foresee the latest emerging trends. At the moment, sustainability is an important lever for development in the entire global textile industry, but in particular in China. Initially, we were the first company to introduce computerized machines in the textile sector in the 1990s and more recently we have followed the trends of automation and Industry 4.0. " According to Feng Jun, general manager of Hubei Fulinhua Textile, there were three key points for the Savio EcoPulsarS investment: quality, efficiency and labor costs.
