The data may be communicated, within the EU, in full compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Code and the Privacy Regulation, to the following subjects: to the financial administration and / or other public authorities, where this is imposed by law or on their request; to the structures, subjects and external companies of which the Data Controller uses for carrying out related activities, instrumental or consequent to the execution of the services of the area called “Contact”; to external consultants, if not designated as Data processors. It should be noted that the area called “Contact” is managed on the HubSpot® platform, belonging to the HubSpot Inc. company, which is based in the United States and has subscribed to the Privacy Shield.
